Why We Started
We've worked alongside some remarkable Thai businesses — factories, distributors, and exporters doing real, meaningful work. The ones that stuck with us weren't struggling because of bad products or a lack of customers. They were struggling because their teams were drowning in manual tasks: copying LINE messages into spreadsheets by hand, checking stock across three different chats, chasing paper approvals that took days to route.
Enterprise automation platforms exist, but they're built for a different world — one with full-time IT departments, long implementation projects, and the willingness to replace the tools people actually know how to use. Thai SMEs don't operate that way. They run on LINE and Google Sheets, and that's not a weakness to fix — it's the infrastructure that already works.
We started Vivavizion to build the missing layer: automation that connects directly into the tools Thai businesses already rely on.
