We typically respond within one business day via email or LINE. If you contact us through LINE (@vivavizion), responses are often faster — usually within a few hours during Thailand business hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00 ICT).

What should I prepare before the first consultation?

No preparation is required. During the first call, we ask about your current workflows, team size, and the manual tasks that cause the most pain. If you have existing spreadsheets, LINE chats, or process documents, those help us understand faster — but they are not mandatory.

Does Vivavizion work with businesses outside Bangkok?

Accepted Answer

Yes. While our office is in Bangkok, most of our work is delivered remotely. Discovery visits can be arranged anywhere in Thailand. The systems we build run in the cloud, so location does not limit what we can automate.

Is the initial consultation free?

The initial LINE or video call to understand your needs is free and takes about 30 minutes. If we proceed to an onsite discovery visit, that is a paid service (฿3,000 per visit) which includes a full workflow map and recommendation document.
