Yes. The consultation covers discovery and planning (understanding your process, defining scope, and recommending the best approach). If you proceed, we turn that into a clear implementation proposal. In some cases, we can credit part of the consultation toward the project.

What exactly is included in the implementation fee?

Implementation is a one-time project fee for the agreed scope: workflow mapping, solution design, build/configuration, testing, documentation, team handover/training, and a stabilization period after go-live. Anything outside scope is quoted before we start.

Do I need to pay monthly for server/hosting?

Usually, yes. Most workflows require infrastructure (hosting/server, database, monitoring, storage). This can be included in your retainer or billed separately depending on your volume, security needs, and integrations. We recommend the lowest stable setup for your case.
