Yes. The discovery visit (฿3,000 per visit) is a standalone fee to review your workflows onsite and produce a recommendation. If you proceed with implementation, the discovery fee is not deducted from the project cost — but you get a full workflow map and system recommendation regardless of whether you continue.

What does the implementation fee include?

Every implementation includes a workflow map, system specification, the built and tested automation, an admin dashboard with audit log, handover training, and 30 days of stabilization support after go-live. There are no hidden extras in the base project.

Do I need to pay monthly for servers or hosting?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the system. Most workflows run on cloud services that have their own free or low-cost tiers. Where third-party costs apply (API usage, hosting), we document them upfront during scoping so there are no surprises. These costs are passed to you at actual cost, not marked up.

What does the monthly retainer cover?

The retainer covers monitoring and incident alerts, fixes to existing logic, small adjustments within the scope already built, platform update compatibility, and a monthly review call. It does not include new workflows, new departments, major integrations, or large new features — those require a new project scope.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No. There is no lock-in contract. The monthly retainer can be cancelled anytime. You own all the documentation, system access, and credentials after the project is complete — there is no dependency on Vivavizion to keep the system running.
