Vivavizion provides automation consulting services for businesses. Our services include workflow analysis, system design, implementation, and ongoing support as described in individual project proposals.

The interactive demos on our website (quote generation, knowledge base chat) are for demonstration purposes only. Documents generated through demos are samples and do not constitute binding quotes or agreements. Actual project quotes are provided after a formal discovery session.

All consulting engagements are scoped individually. Implementation fees are one-time project costs quoted after discovery. Monthly retainers are optional and can be cancelled with notice. There are no long-term contracts or lock-in periods.

Upon completion and full payment, you own the systems, documentation, and credentials we build for you. Vivavizion retains the right to use general methodologies and non-proprietary techniques in other projects. We do not retain access to your systems after handover unless you request ongoing support.

Vivavizion provides automation consulting on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or demo tools. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our contact forms and demo tools, you consent to the data practices described therein.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
