Which office tasks AI can help with
AI is good at first drafts of work with a lot of text or numbers.
- Documents and email: draft a customer reply, compare supplier quotes
- Reports and slides: summarize a long report, outline a deck
- Excel: tidy a table, help write a formula
Excel is only one example. The exercises in class come from the work your team already does.
We use whichever AI the team already has, such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude. Free versions are enough to start.
What still needs a person to check
AI drafts fast, but it can be wrong. A person checks before anything goes out.
- Numbers and prices, before a quote or report is sent
- Facts that AI writes without saying where they came from
- Confidential data: agree first on what can go into AI
Decisions stay with people too, like how much discount to give or how to answer an unhappy customer.
Small group or half-day workshop
- Small group: 2 hours, up to 5 people. Good for a small team, or a team that wants to try it first.
- Half-day workshop: 3 hours, up to 8 people, with two exercises from your real work and a 30-minute follow-up.
Either way, the exercises come from your team's real work, not textbook examples.
What to prepare
Not much. Just tell us which tasks the team repeats every day.
Sample files help, like an email thread or an Excel sheet you use. Swap customer names and figures first and the exercises still match the work.
Where we teach
We train your staff at your office in Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani and Samut Prakan, with travel included.
Elsewhere, classes run online, or we travel for an added fee.
After the class: what to turn into a system
After the class, look at which tasks the team still repeats every day, even with AI.
Things like sending quotes from a chat or checking stock for customers are the ones to build into a LINE system.

Should we start with training or a build?
Either works. If you already know which task needs a system, book a work review; no class needed first. If you're not sure, start with a class, since the team can handle many tasks itself.
