Salon equipment and beauty supplies

Sairoong Beauty

A clearer way to find salon supplies

Sairoong Beauty sells salon equipment and beauty supplies. We built a catalogue website that groups its products clearly and gives customers a direct route to ask the shop for help.

The problem:

A broad catalogue needs more than a long product list. The client asked for clearer categories, recognisable contact icons and a separate route for people opening a salon.

The brief

  • Make product groups easier to understand.
  • Give shop-opening enquiries and contact channels a clear place.

What we built

  • Category navigation and product search on the website.
  • A shop-opening enquiry page and direct LINE contact links.

How we
solved it

We organised the catalogue around what a salon owner is looking for, with a clear path from browsing to asking the shop.

A separate route for opening a salon

The shop-opening page directs visitors to LINE for a set suited to their space and budget. At capture time, prepared bundle listings were still being added.

What was
delivered

A public catalogue with a route to the shop

The website brings product categories, promotions and contact channels together. Customers can browse first and continue the conversation with the shop through LINE.

This case shows the website delivered. Sales uplift and conversion changes have not been measured for this report.

What the team still handles

The shop confirms availability, current prices, delivery and the contents of a shop-opening set. Orders and payment arrangements are handled by the shop.
