The project connected stock records with the team’s daily work. Moving data by hand depended on someone updating and checking the figures. We connected stock queries and goods movements to the stock sheet.

We do not state time or cost savings because verified before-and-after measurements are not available.

What the team still manages

The balance reflects the data recorded in the system. Staff still check physical stock, record movements completely and decide what to reorder. The system manages records; it does not count the products on the shelf.
